On 1-3 June 2022, Aarhus BSS will host the 8^th e-HRM International Conference under the topic Managing Human Resources in Digitalized Organizations and Ecosystems.

The conference takes place at Aarhus University and aims to enable scholars and professionals from around the world to share new ideas on and insights into people management in an increasingly digitalized organizational world. Along with the conference, there will be a PhD workshop on 31 May 2022.

The conference is organized by the HRM Research Group from the Department of Management.
